The owners are a husband and wife team, Junghee and Chang Lim
, although they are known as Junie and Jeff. Over 20 years ago Junie and Jeff came to the USA from Sol Korea
and Jeff worked as a chef in a popular sushi bar in Santa Cruz, California
. With this experience Junie and Jeff opened Sushi Sans and have attended to every detail in both the restaurant and the sushi bar, there are colorful fish tanks, lovely cultural décor, and a feng shui flow to the place allowing for a comfortable relaxing and enjoyable traditional Japanese meal.
